Job Description
Lascade is looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to help scale customer acquisition across our portfolio of software products.
We're building AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We're looking for someone who understands Google Ads beyond campaign management-someone who can build profitable acquisition strategies, optimize performance, and turn data into business growth.

What You'll Do
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and App Campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent acquisition opportunities.
• Build campaign structures focused on scalable growth and profitability.
• Continuously improve CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
• Create and optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign segmentation.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports with business insights.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Content, and Engineering teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
• Research new opportunities across different countries, products, and customer segments.
• Stay updated with Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App Campaigns.
• Experience managing advertising budgets with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities through campaign data.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Nice to Have
• Google Ads Certification.
• Experience promoting SaaS products, mobile applications, or subscription businesses.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Experience using AI tools to improve campaign performance and reporting.
