We are hiring a Hands-On GenAI Lead to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise and hands-on experience building production-ready GenAI platforms.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Software Engineering / AI / ML experience
• 4+ years delivering production GenAI / LLM solutions
• Expert in Python (Java/TypeScript is a plus)
• Strong experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face
• Hands-on with CrewAI, LangGraph, or other multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Experience building RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, document chunking, and retrieval optimization
• PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms
• Enterprise GenAI architecture and platform design

Preferred Skills:

• AI governance and Responsible AI
• Multi-agent AI systems in production
• Enterprise AI platform/framework development
• Experience in regulated or high-risk environments
