Job description:

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and overall performance
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage team members and shift leads
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues
• Promotes a culture of innovation by inviting input from staff
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
• Inform owner of any discrepancies
• Operate, clean, and maintain frozen yogurt machines
• Monitor sales, cash handling, and loss prevention
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
• Open and close the store as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
• Responsible for creating schedules

Requirements

• Previous food industry experience required
• Management experience in food or retail required
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Flexible schedule including weekends, on - call
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
