Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Tools: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Logik.io, Google Cloud Apps, Zoura, NetSuite
• Requirement documentation & gathering, stakeholder management, UAT, process mappin
