Hybrid Customer Solutions Specialist

Based at our Scoresby office, Miele seeks a Customer Solutions Specialist to deliver premium service to consumers, retail partners and service teams. You will resolve enquiries, manage incidents and strive for first contact resolution with precise data handling.

You will collaborate with internal and offshore teams, resolve conflicts with empathy and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards aligned with team KPIs.
