Description
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager for a hybrid position in NY, NY. 
This contract role involves leading a significant technology transition, focusing on event and hospitality management systems. 
Candidates should have expertise in project management and agile methodologies, with experience in system migrations and AI technologies.
Lead a major technology transition project for event management systems.
Apply formal project management and agile methodologies.
Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.
Ensure delivery of complex deliverables within scope and budget.
Facilitate agile project meetings and sprint planning.
Proactively manage risks and track project progress.
Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain detailed project plans for the system replacement project.
Facilitate key project calls and meetings as the Agile Project Lead.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.
Prepare and submit activity/progress reports tracking project metrics.

Qualifications
6–10 years of professional project management experience in a regulated environment.
Proven track record in system replacement or software migration projects.
Deep practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
PMP certification preferred; Agile certifications are highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
