Description
Join our team as a Desktop Support professional in a fast-paced, onsite setting. 
This contract W2 position involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operations for end users. 
The role requires strong communication skills and familiarity with basic networking and cybersecurity concepts.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional presence.
Collaborate effectively with team members in a dynamic environment.
Utilize ticketing systems to manage and document support requests.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications
1-5 years of experience troubleshooting issues on Windows operating systems.
Experience with productivity software such as email and cloud storage services.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts like IP and DNS.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles such as multi-factor authentication.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills.
