Desktop Support - Merrifield, VA - Contract - $20-30 Per HR

This position involves providing technical support in a dynamic environment, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. The role is based in a regional location and requires hands-on experience with a variety of technologies. The position is contract-based, with opportunities for growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience with troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
• Experience with productivity software such as email and cloud storage applications.
• Basic networking knowledge including IP and DNS.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge including multi-factor authentication and phishing awareness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
