Position: GEN AI/ML Engineer (Job Id – WLPTJP00046687)

Location: Baltimore MD (100% Remote)

Duration: 6 Months + Possible Extension

Job Summary:

• Strong Python development experience for AI applications, backend services, and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, LlamaIndex or similar, and vector search (Qdrant, Pincone, etc).
• ReactUI front-end development experience
• Experience deploying AI solutions using Kubernetes, Docker containers, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of vector databases, document ingestion pipelines, and embeddings.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, evaluation, CI/CD pipelines, and production lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including Git, code reviews, and Agile development methodologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, clinicians, engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions from ideation through production deployment.
• Experience with healthcare, appeals, or CMS policy knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Nice to have skiills:
• Experience with FileNet, ICM, and IBM BAW
• Experience with Integrations using REST/SOAP/Java
