Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst – Healthcare - AI Transformation

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

 

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 12–15 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• Strong expertise in Claims/insurance segment
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, SOP analysis, gap analysis, and Agile delivery.
• Lead business discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Analyze business processes, SOPs, and operational workflows.
• Create BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for engineering and AI teams.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities within business processes.
• Support UAT, business validation, and solution adoption.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Data, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

 

Good to Have

• Experience working on AI-led transformation programs, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or Intelligent Automation initiatives.
• Ability to identify AI use cases and translate business workflows, SOPs, and operational knowledge into AI-enabled solutions.
• Exposure to AWS/Azure, healthcare data, EDI/FHIR, and modern data platforms.
