Full Stack Developer with Generative AI

Our company is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with Generative AI expertise to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in modern full-stack development, cloud technologies, microservices, and Generative AI frameworks. Experience in the financial services domain is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Build AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms.
• Build secure APIs and microservices for AI applications.
• Implement RAG pipelines and integrate vector databases.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and production deployments.
• Follow Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Python.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Node.js, or .NET Core.
• Strong frontend experience using React.js, Angular, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Proficiency in Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Generative AI Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
• Experience using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Experience with AI model integration using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM APIs.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and AI security best practices.
• Experience with AI observability and model monitoring tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services (Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, etc.).
• Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, and enterprise security.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with OpenShift.
• Knowledge of Redis and distributed caching.
• Experience with AI Agents and Multi-Agent frameworks.
• Relevant cloud or AI certifications.
