What You'll Need • Qualification as a state-certified nurse with a three-year training or equivalent recognized professional qualification. • Completed or ongoing study in a recognized nursing-related field (Bachelor's level) or a completed further training as a senior nursing specialist. • Respectful and patient approach to caring for individuals and colleagues. • Confident and competent demeanor when interacting with residents, staff, and other professionals. • Readiness to implement a holistic, resident-centered care concept. • Proficiency in general PC skills, including MS Office and relevant application programs.
