Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the operational execution of sales-related projects and resolve field-related issues. This role serves as a key liaison between sales teams, customers, engineering, supply chain, production, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management and technical expertise, including experience managing complex design, design-build, or EPC projects. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. A strong background in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

The Program Manager will work closely with teams across Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, and Sales Operations to drive project success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer-facing projects to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities from initiation through completion.
  • Support sales and customer teams in developing and implementing solutions to business and technical challenges.
  • Develop innovative approaches to address complex issues impacting multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify project risks, obstacles, and resource constraints, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and established quality standards.
  • Monitor project status, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools such as Gantt charts and dashboards.
  • Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules to support successful execution.
  • Independently manage multiple priorities and complex projects with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Support strategic programs and customer accounts through progress tracking, reporting, and presentation development.
  • Create and leverage reporting tools, metrics, and business case analyses to measure progress and contract fulfillment.
  • Participate in planning meetings and represent Sales Operations when required.
  • Effectively manage multiple initiatives while maintaining commitments, deadlines, and service levels.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience within power systems, electrical products, or related industries.
  • Minimum of 4 years of project or program management experience; 8+ years preferred.
  • PMP or PMI certification highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
  • Proven experience working directly with customers and delivering successful project outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and planning capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including remote teams.

Work Environment
This position operates primarily in a professional office setting and regularly utilizes standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, copiers, and other administrative tools.
