With an extensive network of service centers and mobile units, we are dedicated to making a distinct difference through extraordinary customer care The Role • Perform expert repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver-assistance systems. • Take on the additional role of "Operations Manager (Chamber of Crafts)", overseeing technical and professional matters on-site. • Manage daily operations planning and ensure adherence to company standards. • Provide customer consultation and support from order acceptance to vehicle handover. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and process incoming orders. • Implement quality assurance measures and ensure adherence to audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade with several years of professional experience, preferably as a vehicle mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo mandatory skills testing or already hold Operations Manager (Chamber of Crafts) certification. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and good command of German, along with PC proficiency for administrative tasks. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, valuing trust and equal partnership. • Openness to all individuals, regardless of age, ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.
