Job Description
An excellent opportunity has become available for an electrically qualified Foot Mobile Engineer to join a well-established and growing building services provider. Working across a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties throughout Central London and the West End, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance while providing a first-class service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings.
- Perform basic mechanical maintenance on equipment, including pumps, belts, bearings, AHUs and FCUs.
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Complete maintenance reports, logbooks, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Work in accordance with health and safety regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.
- Liaise with subcontractors and building managers to maintain high service standards.
- Assist with permits to work, risk assessments, and site compliance activities.
Requirements
- Recognised Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a commercial building services environment.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Basic mechanical knowledge with a multi-skilled approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
Salary & Benefits
- £43,000 – £45,000 basic salary.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- £266 monthly travel allowance.
