Job Description

Three Part time (0.2FTE - 0.4FTE), 2 year fixed term positions

Exciting opportunity to use your practice based experience to contribute to teaching in the Discipline of Architecture Academic Level C.

Base Salary

$162,347- $187,198 pro rata per annum + 17% superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make independent, original and innovative contributions to research and education that expand knowledge or practice in the discipline.
  • Coordinate and develop curricula and programmes within the School/Faculty (e.g., coordination of a large award programme or a number of smaller award programmes).
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
  • A proven track record of original, high quality and independent practice within the field of Architecture.
  • Broad experience in teaching and learning at the university level, especially in architectural design studios.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and evaluating cutting edge teaching and learning initiatives that inform curriculum design and development.
  • A collegial approach and willingness to contribute to mentoring others, academic governance, engagement, and administration.
  • A developing network of relationships with key academic, industry, and professional institutions, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment.
