Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for live vacancies.
• Build candidate relationships through phone, email and online channels.
• Write job adverts and manage applications.
• Support interview coordination, feedback and offer processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM and candidate records.
• Assist with client research and business-development activity.
