IT Site Support

This role involves providing IT site support within a manufacturing and warehouse environment, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving issues with computing devices, peripherals, and common applications. The IT Site Support Technician II will collaborate closely with team members across operations and project management to ensure smooth IT operations. This position offers the opportunity to engage in new project initiatives, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for all computing devices, peripherals, and applications in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with macOS and iOS devices, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
• Install and configure network devices, addressing any related issues to maintain network stability.
• Utilize Microsoft SCCM or similar tools for deploying computing device images and applications effectively.
• Collaborate with peers in operations and project management to assist in process improvements and project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of desktop support experience, specifically in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• 7+ years of experience providing support for Apple devices, including troubleshooting macOS and iOS.
• 8+ years of experience with installing network devices and troubleshooting related issues.
• Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or a similar deployment tool.
• Understanding of Active Directory and its role in system security and permissions.
