We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to lead our Employment Services team at our Werribee site.

This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who's passionate about empowering people and delivering a real impact. You will lead, train, and support a team of Employment Coaches and manage day-to-day site operations, drive performance outcomes, promote opportunities and enhance service delivery to best meet the needs of participants to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and supervising the daily operations of the employment services site.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders in your region to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of employment services programs.
  • Providing supervision, coaching, and training employees to ensure high quality services.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with organisational objectives.
  • Identifying areas for continued improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery.
About You

As someone who is highly organised and enjoys creating a positive working environment, you will be able to apply your leadership skills, manage change and innovation in service. You will be passionate about developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including management at all levels.

Requirements
  • Proven capability of leading a successful driven team.
  • Previous experience in Employment, Community Services or Business Services Management or a related field.
  • The ability to plan, manage and monitor outcomes, targets, and budgets.
  • Well developed problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective cross cultural relationships and be respectful and responsive to the needs, values, and experiences of others.
  • Knowledge of Government Employment Services, contractual requirements and KPI's and Health and Safety legislation.
Role Criteria
  • Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check, National Police Check and Bankruptcy Check.
  • Prepared to work from, or be located at, any SYC site.
  • Be eligible to work in Australia.
