BIM Coordinator - Building Services (MEP)

The Opportunity

Join WSP's well-established BIM team within our Property and Buildings group, delivering innovative solutions for complex building services projects. We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator with proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.

Your Role

As the BIM Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate project requirements and allocate modelling resources
• Apply BIM tools and workflows to deliver complex building services projects
• Interpret BIM requirements and implement appropriate protocols
• Ensure accurate drawings and registration systems meet specifications and standards
• Maintain technical standards in line with contractual obligations
• Liaise confidently with external stakeholders and clients

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Strong experience as a BIM Coordinator within Building Services (MEP)
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM systems
• In-depth knowledge of BIM processes and protocols
• Experience coordinating design delivery teams on large-scale building projects
