100% FTE. Scheduled shifts are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, every other weekend required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the departent.

We are seeking a Culinary Production Assistant who:

•    Follow standardized recipes and production schedules to prepare, portion, weigh, package, and label large batch food items
•    Adhere to Wisconsin Food Code, ServSafe, and UW Health standards
•    Manage ingredient rotation, monitor critical control points, and sanitize equipment to keep food/meal production on schedule

Culinary Production Assistants are eligible for:
•    Paid time off, including 15 days of vacation time for full-time employees.
