What You'll Need • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. • Open availability for all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) including weekends. • 1+ year of customer service-related experience. • Excellent observational, de-escalation, and communication skills. • Intermediate computer skills and ability to speak, read, and write English. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
