We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize robust solutions that elevate IT workflows and service management.

• Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (First day is onsite; subsequent onsite visits are on-demand. Local Atlanta/GA Metro candidates only)
• Work Location: Atlanta, GA 30308
• Interview Process: Web Cam Interview Only (100% virtual)
• Shift: EST

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs.
• Configure Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management to improve IT operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and write technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.

Highlighted Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should bring 6+ years of hands-on experience in:

• ServiceNow Core: Platform development, configuration, and custom integrations.
• Scripting & Integration: Strong JavaScript skills and experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Specialized Modules: Hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM (PSDS), HAM (Hardware Asset Management), and FSM (Field Service Management).
• ITOM Optimization: Real-world experience with Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management.
• Agile Delivery: Experience delivering projects in an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field (relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred).
