Job Title: ServiceNow Developer RMI

Location : Minneapolis, MN / TX / IL

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Design and develop workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Work on RMI-related integrations or remote management solutions, ensuring seamless communication between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Develop and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management solutions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, Flow Designer.
• REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
• ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, IntegrationHub.
• Experience with RMI or remote system integration (if required by the organization).
• Knowledge of Agile and ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• CIS certifications (ITSM, Discovery, or other modules) are an added advantage.
