Product Manager - Enterprise Data

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Columbia, MO that is seeking a Product Manager - Enterprise Data for a hybrid/full time role. Candidates must be onsite in Columbia, MO every other week.

We are seeking a Product Manager - Enterprise Data to support the execution of high-impact initiatives while enabling teams to work more efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do:
* Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver data, analytics, and AI-related initiatives
* Develop and improve operational processes that enhance productivity and support organizational goals
* Lead planning efforts, prioritize workstreams, and monitor progress against key objectives
* Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort through process improvements and automation
* Support managers and technical teams by removing roadblocks and improving coordination across functions
* Track performance metrics and provide insights that help inform business decisions
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree preferred; Advanced degree a plus
* 6+ years of experience leading programs, operations, strategic initiatives, or technology-focused projects
* Experience working with data, analytics, AI, business intelligence, or related disciplines
* Proven ability to lead teams and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* Familiarity with project planning, resource management, and delivery methodologies
* Experience using project tracking and collaboration tools
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
