We are seeking an IT Technician who will provide comprehensive 1st and 2nd line support across the business. You will be the primary point of contact for internal staff, responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and ensuring core systems run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all internal IT queries via the ticketing system, phone, and face-to-face.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords within Active Directory and Office 365.

  • Set up, configure, and deploy new IT equipment for onboarding employees (laptops, desktops, mobiles).

  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets and software licenses.

  • Escalate complex 3rd line issues to the Senior IT Manager or external vendors when necessary.

What Our Client is Looking For:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).

  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
