The role is pivotal in designing, building, and optimizing data architecture and enterprise applications that drive strategic decision-making. The Role • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and/or Informatica. • Ensure data integrity through automated quality checks, regression testing, and anomaly monitoring. • Independently plan and deliver end-to-end projects, while contributing to larger cross-functional programs. • Support dashboard and reporting development using BI tools and lead enhancements for financial processes. • Partner with finance and analytics teams to design viable data solutions and recommend process improvements. • Stay current with new data technologies, AI, ML, and best practices, sharing insights across the organization. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture. • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and/or enterprise analytics. • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data integration tools like dbt or Informatica. • Strong working experience with data modeling, data access, schemas, and data storage techniques within Snowflake. • Experience designing and developing scalable data pipelines in cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake). • Familiarity with ETL/ELT patterns, data warehousing concepts, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
