  • Develop and maintain end-to-end data flow diagrams.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM ERP implementations, production stabilization, or complex system integrations.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multiple systems.

  • Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, transformation rules, logs, reports, or similar technical artifacts.

  • Ability to translate business questions into specific technical or functional investigations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to independently manage multiple issues and drive problems to resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday experience with Integrations, HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and employee lifecycle transactions.

  • Experience with benefits providers, retirement systems, pension administrators, insurance carriers, or payroll vendors.

  • Retirement or pension benefits administration experience.

  • Knowledge of benefit configuration, eligibility rules, contribution processing, or ERP benefits configuration.

  • Familiarity with APIs, web services, middleware, XML/JSON, flat-file integrations, and data transformation.

  • Experience supporting Workday or another large ERP platform during implementation, stabilization, or production operations.

Expected Deliverables

  • Root-cause analysis and resolution recommendations.

  • Documentation of data flows, transaction behavior, system dependencies, and business rules.

  • Issue tracking and status updates.

  • Validation of fixes across applicable systems.

  • Recommendations for configuration, integration, process, or data changes.

  • Identification of recurring issues and broader improvement opportunities.

  • End-to-end data flow diagrams.
