Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with SQL and Azure SQL.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience using Python for data analysis, automation,
or validation.

• Experience performing ETL testing and validating complex data migration
processes.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and compare source and target data for
accuracy.

• Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, and data quality
principles.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.



Preferred Skills

• Experience with data conversion or migration testing on large enterprise
implementations.

• Experience developing automated data validation or reconciliation scripts.

• Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse or cloud-based data platforms.
