Job Description

We're Hiring: Service Delivery & Outsourcing Coordinator

Location: Telford, Shropshire (TF7 4QL)

Working Pattern: 100% Onsite – 5 days per week

Contract: 6 months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Start: Immediate or within 1–2 weeks preferred


We are looking for a Service Delivery & Outsourcing Coordinator to join an operations team supporting outsourced service activities and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, internal teams and logistics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage outsourcing activities including RFQs, customer quotations and purchase orders
  • Coordinate supplier requests, vendor onboarding and procurement activities
  • Process customer requests accurately and within agreed Turnaround Times (TAT)
  • Prioritise customer orders and provide timely status updates
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor outsourced jobs and ensure contractual service commitments are met
  • Analyse procurement data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and cost savings
  • Support global procurement initiatives, system enhancements and ad-hoc projects
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to established processes


Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Experience handling supplier communications, emails and phone queries
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Good quantitative and data-analysis capabilities
  • Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to track, analyse and report progress to stakeholders
  • Understanding of supply chain, procurement or outsourcing processes
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle or Salesforce is advantageous



Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
