We're Hiring: Service Delivery & Outsourcing Coordinator
Location: Telford, Shropshire (TF7 4QL)
Working Pattern: 100% Onsite – 5 days per week
Contract: 6 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Start: Immediate or within 1–2 weeks preferred
We are looking for a Service Delivery & Outsourcing Coordinator to join an operations team supporting outsourced service activities and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, internal teams and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outsourcing activities including RFQs, customer quotations and purchase orders
- Coordinate supplier requests, vendor onboarding and procurement activities
- Process customer requests accurately and within agreed Turnaround Times (TAT)
- Prioritise customer orders and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams and internal stakeholders
- Monitor outsourced jobs and ensure contractual service commitments are met
- Analyse procurement data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and cost savings
- Support global procurement initiatives, system enhancements and ad-hoc projects
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to established processes
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience handling supplier communications, emails and phone queries
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Good quantitative and data-analysis capabilities
- Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to track, analyse and report progress to stakeholders
- Understanding of supply chain, procurement or outsourcing processes
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle or Salesforce is advantageous
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
