What you'll be doing

From day one, you'll be trained in every aspect of recruitment. As your confidence and experience grow, you'll take on more responsibility and begin building your own market.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with and building relationships with candidates.
• Sourcing talent across specialist markets.
• Managing candidates throughout the interview process.
• Working closely with clients on their hiring requirements.
• Developing new business opportunities.
• Negotiating offers and managing successful placements.
• Building a strong professional network within your market.
