Role Title: Oracle HCM -Functional Consultant
Experience: 7–10+ Years
Location: Remote ( EST Time Zone)
Job Summary
Value Technology looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud – Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Payroll, OTl (Oracle Talent / OTL processes), and Absence Management. The role involves leading HCM implementations, working closely with HR business stakeholders, and delivering scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Functional design and delivery for Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management modules
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional configuration
  • Configure Payroll, Absence plans/accruals, and OTL processes
  • Drive CRP, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
  • Provide techno-functional support across:
  • OTBI / BIP Reports
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
  • HCM Extracts
  • Fast Formulas
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology                                                                                      
  • 5+ in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, 10+ years of overall experience and
  • Strong hands-on experience in Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management (mandatory)
  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  • Strong understanding of HCM functional architecture and business processes
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
  • Experience working with customer business users and IT teams
