The Role

• Manufacturing of single and series parts on CNC and conventional lathes
• Programming and setup of lathes for optimal production workflows
• Ensuring machine availability through proactive planning of tools and fixtures
• Quality control and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking field (e.g., Machining Mechanic, CNC Lathe Operator, Industrial Mechanic)
• Ideally, several years of professional experience and knowledge of CNC controls
• Ability to work independently, with a goal-oriented approach and a high awareness of quality
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
