You're open to a change of direction and a new challenge.

You have the opportunity to gain a wealth of expertise and a diverse range of skills, providing insight and knowledge without losing sight of your work-life balance or wellbeing.

In this role, you'll:

Be part of the E&E team, supporting the delivery of technology enabled solutions by ensuring service design is embedded from project inception through to operations.

You will work closely with projects delivering operational technology solutions to develop and deliver end to end service design outcomes, including service readiness for the TMC and operational teams.

The role includes maintaining and improving the Operations Technology service catalogue and associated applications, delivering service designs aligned to ITIL standards, and supporting governance and commercial processes to enable smooth operationalisation of solutions.

You bring experience in service delivery, with exposure to operational technology environments highly regarded. You communicate and collaborate effectively with operations, service management and technical teams, and are skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical outcomes for business and operational users.

Organised and stakeholder focused, you understand service requirements, enjoy working across multiple teams, and contribute to designing services that are practical, supportable and aligned to operational needs.
