Technical Business Analyst – Eagle STAR/PACE (Asset Management)

Remote ( USA, CANADA, MEXICO)

Experience: 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, data mapping, process flows).
  • Work with Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE to support data management, performance reporting, and system enhancements.
  • Perform Oracle SQL data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Support portfolio reconciliation, NAV validation, security master, and performance reporting.
  • Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test cases and validate system changes.
  • Coordinate with business users, development, QA, and vendor teams.
Required Skills
  • 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, Eagle data model, and data analysis.
  • Experience with Asset Management/Middle Office operations.
  • Knowledge of performance measurement, pricing, corporate actions, and benchmark data.
  • Experience with Agile/SDLC, Jira, and ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or OBIEE.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg, or Eagle Accounting.
  • Knowledge of performance attribution, data migration, or hedge fund environments.
