Job Description

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking a Workday Financials Consultant (Accounts Payable and Projects) for a 100% remote, contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a 4-week post go-live assessment of Workday Financials configuration across the Accounts Payable and Projects modules
  • Identify, document, and prioritize quick fixes for issues surfacing after go-live
  • Review Workday integration and export configurations for accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze data interface timing between Workday and UKG Pro and recommend corrections
  • Validate transaction and calculation results against expected system rules
  • Present findings, recommendations, and a remediation roadmap to project stakeholders
  • Partner with finance, payroll, and technical teams to confirm root cause on reported defects

Requirements:
  • Hands-on Workday Financials experience, specifically the Accounts Payable and Projects modules
  • Demonstrated experience assessing post-implementation issues and recommending remediation
  • Workday integration experience, including outbound export configuration
  • Working knowledge of data interface timing between Workday and UKG Pro
  • Ability to work independently and produce assessment deliverables on a compressed timeline
  • Healthcare provider environment experience preferred
  • Immediate availability
