The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance
• Diagnose and resolve application issues individually and as part of a team
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability and identify faults
• Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings
• Document all system modifications meticulously through a digital change control system
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
