Pay Range: $50/hr - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, and related modules
- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and integrations to support service delivery and internal operations
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems such as monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and CMDB sources
- Support CMDB design, data integrity, and service mapping initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and release management
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for ServiceNow-related issues
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; skills: ServiceNow, ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog, Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware)
- 3 to 6+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong experience with ITSM and exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware) and how they integrate with ITSM workflows
- Experience working in a managed services, MSP, or enterprise IT environment preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
