Senior ServiceNow Developer

Pay Range: $50/hr - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, and related modules
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and integrations to support service delivery and internal operations
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems such as monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and CMDB sources
• Support CMDB design, data integrity, and service mapping initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and release management
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for ServiceNow-related issues

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; skills: ServiceNow, ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog, Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware)
• 3 to 6+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Strong experience with ITSM and exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware) and how they integrate with ITSM workflows
• Experience working in a managed services, MSP, or enterprise IT environment preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
