Title: Digital Twin/ Infrastructure Project Manager/ Parking.

Location:  Euless, TX.

Duration: 12+ Months Contract.

·        PMI PMP certification 

 

Job Description: 

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Technology Project Manager to be responsible for end-to-end delivery of PMO projects, including Project Planning, Schedules, Budgets, Risks, Dependencies, Vendor Coordination, Executive Reporting, Implementation, and Transition to Operations. The role requires someone who can effectively coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership.  

 

Required Experience (10+ years): 

·        Experience planning, overseeing, and managing complex infrastructure and/or technology projects.  

·        Experience managing projects involving a combination Of Hardware, Software, Networks, Infrastructure, Field Equipment, Operational Technology, and/or Enterprise Systems.  

·        Strong experience managing third-party vendors, systems integrators, and technical delivery teams.  

·        Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of technical, business, operational, and vendor stakeholders.  

·        Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, transition, and closeout.  

·        Strong project planning skills, including development and management of project schedules, Milestones, Budgets, Resources, Risks, Issues, and Dependencies.  

·        Experience with infrastructure implementations, migrations, deployments, and/or technology cutovers.  

·        Experience managing project scope and formal change control/change requests.  

·        Experience preparing and presenting project status reports, executive reports, Dashboards, Risk Assessments, and Escalations.  

·        Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.  

·        Strong understanding of standard SDLC methodologies.  

·        Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and interact with all levels of management.  

·        Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.  

 

Preferred Experience: 

·        Experience managing technology projects within Airports/Aviation, Transportation, Tolling, Parking, Smart Cities, Smart Infrastructure, or Large Facilities/Campuses.  

·        Experience with Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS) or other parking technology.  

·        Experience with SKIDATA, Amano, TIBA, Flash, Scheidt & Bachmann, or similar Parking technology platforms.  

·        Experience managing Digital Twin initiatives.  

·        Experience with IoT, sensors, connected infrastructure, data acquisition, or real-time operational systems.  

·        Experience with physical security technologies, including access control, surveillance, identity management, and related security systems.  

·        Experience coordinating network and systems integrations involving multiple technologies and vendors.  

·        Experience working in a 24/7 mission-critical operational environment.  

 

Required Education:  

·        A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.  

 

Responsibilities: 

·        Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure and technology projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition.  

·        Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, governance structures, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.  

·        Develop and maintain project charters, detailed project plans, schedules, risk and issue registers, dependency logs, communication plans, and action-item tracking.  

·        Manage cross-functional technical teams, operational stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and systems integrators.  

·        Coordinate technology implementations involving parking systems, connected infrastructure, physical security, networks, operational systems, and related integrations.  

·        Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and established success criteria.  

·        Identify project risks and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.  

·        Manage project budgets, expenses, forecasts, and resource requirements.  

·        Facilitate working sessions, project meetings, standups, steering committee meetings, and executive-level discussions.  

·        Provide clear communication of project status, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations to stakeholders and senior leadership.  

·        Manage vendor performance and ensure vendor deliverables meet contractual and project requirements.  

·        Coordinate with procurement and contract-management teams as needed.  

·        Manage scope adjustments and change requests, including impact analysis and project re-baselining.  

·        Ensure appropriate project documentation, quality assurance, compliance, and audit readiness.  

·        Coordinate implementation, cutover, knowledge transfer, stakeholder acceptance, and transition to operations/support.  

·        Conduct project closeout activities, including lessons learned and final project reporting.
