Audio Visual (AV) Support Engineer

We're looking for an experienced AV Support Engineer to join a fast-paced global technology team, supporting enterprise collaboration and conferencing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for AV and conferencing systems.
• Set up and support meeting rooms, video conferencing, and live/hybrid events.
• Monitor AV infrastructure to ensure reliable, high-quality performance.
• Respond to technical issues, delivering excellent end-user support, including executive-level users.
• Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams on system upgrades, installations, and continuous improvements.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years' experience supporting enterprise AV and conferencing technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Google Meet.
• Experience with room-based conferencing systems and AV technologies such as Crestron, QSC, Shure, and similar platforms.
• Good understanding of AV networking and IP-based media solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience; AV certifications are advantageous.
