Role: SAP Customer Modernization (CIS / Utilities Transformation)

Exp: 12+ Years

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid)

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in education, Organizational Development, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in training delivery, learning and development, or instructional facilitation, preferably in enterprise technology implementations

• Demonstrated experience delivering training for large-scale ERP or CIS implementations in the utility industry

• Hands-on experience implementing or training in Customer Information System (CIS) processes within utilities (customer service, billing, meter-to-cash, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Service & Sales Cloud - V2 (Version 2)

• Practical experience with BDEx Application for business data exceptions, exception management, and operational workflows in SAP utilities environments

• Experience with Metering Field Services or COSMIC (Metering Application), including metering processes, field operations, device management, and integration with CIS/SAP systems

• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, instructional design best practices, and delivery of instructor-led/virtual/blended programs

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools

• Experience in utility, energy, or regulated industries is highly preferred

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
