Training Admin Specialist - FIFO Mine Site

PROTECH is seeking a highly organised Training Administrator to join the Training Department at Phosphate Hill Mine on a FIFO basis. The role involves maintaining training, competency and compliance records and supporting workforce training needs across the operation.

Working closely with site trainers, supervisors and employees, you will coordinate bookings, inductions and assessments, generate reports, and manage documentation.
