Introduction:

Looking for a Salesforce Engineer with 3+ years of Banking Industry experience working in a Large Enterprise environment with high-performance expectations. The ideal candidate will have expert experience working with Apex, LWC, Flows, Validation Rules, and general declarative tools to build out complex business processes. Experience using Gitlab, VS Code, and UAT & Regression Testing is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex Salesforce business processes
• Test and debug own code and create test plans
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Work independently and coordinate with business/technology teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years Banking/Financial Services experience in a large enterprise environment
• 6+ years systems analysis/application development experience
• Strong experience designing and developing complex Salesforce business processes
• Experience testing/debugging own code and creating test plans
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with business/technology teams
