Job Description

Technical Sales Engineer

Swansea

28221/400

30,000 plus pension and more.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Contact suppliers for information and competitive quotations
  • Produce detailed technical quotations and proposals
  • Process sales orders using Sage 200
  • Create, maintain and manage bills of materials (BOM's)
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
  • Write technical visit reports and documentation
  • Arrange and attend customer visits, engaging in technical discussions

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • An Engineering background (mechanical engineering preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits when required
