Job Description
Jobtailor is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the design, evolution and delivery of scalable platforms that power customer and banker experiences. You will drive architecture decisions across multiple squads, establish reusable patterns, and shape platform strategy spanning cloud, APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities.
You will champion DevSecOps, observability, CI/CD and automated testing while partnering with product, architecture, risk and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.
