We are seeking a visionary leader for an internationally recognized pediatric specialized clinic, renowned for its expertise in treating children with neurological and orthopedic conditions. As a teaching hospital affiliated with prominent universities, we are strategically expanding our pediatric orthopedic department with a focus on developing a new operative center of excellence.

The Role

• Medical, organizational, and strategic overall responsibility for the Pediatric Orthopedics department, focusing on building and advancing operative care.
• Perform specialized surgical treatment for congenital and acquired conditions of the musculoskeletal system in children and adolescents (spine, extremities, neuromuscular diseases).
• Develop an integrated treatment concept encompassing acute care, surgery, and rehabilitation.
• Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate closely with Neurosurgery, Neuropediatrics, Pediatric Rehabilitation, Anesthesiology, Intensive Care, and Radiology.
• Represent the department internally and externally to referring physicians, professional societies, and network partners.
