We are seeking an exceptional Machine Learning Researcher and Engineer to join a highly collaborative, intellectually rigorous interdisciplinary team applying machine learning to drug discovery, biomolecular simulation, and biophysics.
This is a high-impact position designed for a driven problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of deep learning architecture, computational biology, and real-world execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect & Build: Design, optimize, and maintain critical deep learning models and software tools driving proprietary research in drug discovery and molecular dynamics.
Data & Research Execution: Translate complex scientific datasets and abstract biological challenges into clear, scalable, high-performance machine learning frameworks.
Systemic Optimization: Enhance model accuracy and computational throughput across specialized high-performance environments and supercomputing platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key technical interface, working directly alongside chemists, biologists, and computer scientists.
What You Bring:
Academic Pedigree: Bachelor''s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Biophysics, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related STEM discipline.
Technical Mastery: Strong command of core technical concepts and tools including Python, Deep Learning Frameworks, Machine Learning Architecture, Molecular Dynamics, Structural Biology, Cheminformatics, and Quantum Chemistry.
Analytical Precision: Proven track record of scientific innovation and solving multi-faceted problems in high-performance computing, deep learning, or computational biology.
Agile Mindset: Ability to balance rigorous scientific standards with fast-paced, autonomous execution in a collaborative research environment.
Compensation & Work Model:
Base Salary Range: $300,000 – $900,000 annually (commensurate with prior experience and education).
Additional Benefits: Variable compensation (sign-on and year-end bonuses), comprehensive health benefits, plus full relocation assistance.
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Tuesday through Thursday in office; optional work-from-home on Monday and Friday).
