Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce testing. The candidate will be responsible for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Test Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality.
• Validate Salesforce configurations including Objects, Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
• Perform data validation using SOQL and Salesforce Reports.
• Perform REST/SOAP API and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, and Administrators to resolve defects.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and Salesforce release testing.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of QA/testing experience with strong Salesforce testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and business processes.
• Experience with SOQL, API testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
• Experience with Selenium, Provar, or Playwright.
• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD and deployment processes.
