Job Description

Mechatroniker | Elektroniker | Troisdorf, Germany | On-site This employer is a well-established organization in the manufacturing sector, known for its commitment to quality and fair working conditions. They are seeking a skilled professional to join their technical team and contribute to their advanced testing and measurement processes. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to work with modern equipment. The Role • Prepare and adapt testing equipment for thermal and mechanical tests, including sensor installation and calibration. • Manufacture and optimize test aids to simplify testing setups. • Conduct thermal and mechanical type and special tests, as well as tests on third-party products according to specifications. • Analyze root causes and rectify deviations, including re-testing as needed. • Document test results and record them in the IT system. • Perform maintenance tasks and actively participate in projects and process improvements. What You'll Need • Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician) or a comparable electrical engineering qualification. • Willingness to work a full continuous shift model (2 early, 2 late, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off, rotating over 10 weeks, with approximately every other weekend off). • Practical experience in quality control within the electrical industry is desired. • Knowledge of energy technology is a plus. • Experience with MS Office, ERP software (e.g., SAP), and CAQ systems. • Reliability, quality consciousness, teamwork, and independent working skills.
