They are known for their precision engineering and commitment to delivering unique solutions for complex applications. They are seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Designer to join their engineering team. The Role • Create detailed solid models and drawings from customer specifications and existing parts. • Develop manufacturing processes and drawings for shop floor use, including metric and inch-based designs. • Design and model tooling assemblies required for production. • Generate CNC programs for a variety of machinery, including Mill/Turns, Lathes, and Mills. • Utilize CAM and verification software to create and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machines. • Support manufacturing by providing expertise on Siemens, Fagor, and Fanuc controls. What You'll Need • A minimum of two years' programming experience with MasterCam or NX, or an Associate's degree in drafting or a related field. • Proficiency in CAD/Solid Modeling software such as SolidWorks and/or Siemens NX. • Ability to read and interpret complex manufacturing blueprints. • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixturing. • Excellent math skills with an aptitude for complex 3D geometry. • Experience with Siemens 840C/D, Fagor, Fanuc, Okuma, and Landis controls is a significant plus.
