Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional experience in Salesforce and a proven track record in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and development of scalable and secure Salesforce applications and play a crucial role in aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience with at least 4+ years in an Architect role.
  • Proven experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise environments.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading solution design discussions.

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security models.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and processes (e.g., CI/CD, Copado, Gearset).
  • Proficiency in integration patterns and tools (Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and administrators.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and data management.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and performance standards.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for adoption.
  • Manage integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Salesforce certifications such as:

Salesforce Certified Application Architect

Salesforce Certified System Architect

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred)

Salesforce Platform Developer I & II

Salesforce Administrator

Additional certifications or experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
